# My Favourite Metal Bands of 2026

- [Ice Nine Kills](https://iceninekills.com) — Absolute banger shows, and they just perfect the craft by now.
- [Beartooth](https://beartoothband.com) — They evolved a lot, but since forever no chorus that's not catchy.
- [I Prevail](https://iprevailband.com) — Been through a transition, but the new album is harder than in the past and still has this special I Prevail flavor.
- [Polaris](https://polarisaus.com) — New discovery for me, but very solid and I can see them going even bigger.
- [Motionless In White](https://motionlessinwhite.net) — They found their footing and now it's one of my favorite bands out there.
- [Parkway Drive](https://www.parkwaydriverock.com) — The 20 year anniversary show was absolute fire, and I am here for the years to come. Must listen.
- [Bad Omens](https://badomensofficial.com) — Oh my. How have I slept on them for so long. Highly recommended.
- [Beast In Black](https://beastinblack.com) — Power metal meets 80s synth, and diving back into their music this year is a blast.
