Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Hi! onelink.ninja is a small, free service run by Nerdwerk, and by “small” we mean it’s mostly one person. These terms are written to be read, not skimmed past. The short version:

  • Be decent. No hate, no porn, nothing illegal.
  • Keep your own copies. We do our best, but we can’t promise your lists will be here forever.
  • We can remove things. That includes lists that break these rules and lists that have been sitting around unused.

By using onelink.ninja (the website, the API, or through an AI assistant acting for you), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. What onelink.ninja is

onelink.ninja lets you put a bunch of links on one page and share it. You can make lists without an account, or sign up for a free account to get a profile page and manage your lists.

The service is free and in early access. Features will come, change and sometimes go.

2. No guarantees, honestly

This is a one-person project, so here’s what that means in practice:

  • No uptime guarantee. The site may be slow, down for maintenance, or just broken for a while. We’ll fix things as quickly as we reasonably can.
  • No guarantee against data loss. We care about your data, but things can still go wrong. If a list matters to you, keep your own copy. Every list has a Markdown version you can copy in one click.
  • No promise it lasts forever. We may change, pause or shut down onelink.ninja. If we decide to shut it down for good, we’ll try to give at least 30 days’ notice on the site so you can save your lists.

Warning

Don’t make onelink.ninja the only place you keep something important.

3. What’s not allowed

Every list is public, so these rules cover both what you write and the pages you link to. Don’t post or link to:

  • Hate and discrimination. Content that attacks or belittles people because of their ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or similar.
  • Extremism. Right-wing extremist, fascist, terrorist or other violent extremist content, including propaganda, symbols and recruitment.
  • Sexual content. Pornography or other sexually explicit material. Anything that sexualises minors is reported to the authorities.
  • Violence and harassment. Threats, glorifying violence, bullying, stalking, or publishing someone’s private information (doxxing).
  • Scams and malware. Phishing, fraud, malware, or links designed to trick people.
  • Spam. Mass-produced lists, SEO link farms, or using lists to advertise in bulk.
  • Illegal stuff. Anything that breaks the law, including selling illegal goods or services.
  • Other people’s rights. Content that infringes copyright or trademarks, or that pretends to be someone you’re not.

We decide what crosses the line. If something is borderline, we may still remove it.

4. Removing lists and accounts

We may remove any list, account or username, with or without notice. In particular, we may:

  • Remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend or delete the accounts behind it.
  • Clean up old lists. Lists that haven’t been edited or used in a long time, especially empty or unclaimed lists, may be deleted. We may set a fixed time limit for this in the future and will update these terms when we do.
  • Take back usernames that impersonate someone, are offensive, or are just being held without being used.

If we remove something of yours by mistake, get in touch and we’ll take another look.

5. Your content

What you post is yours. You keep all rights to your lists. By publishing a list, you allow us to store it, show it, and serve it on onelink.ninja, including:

  • as a web page, as Markdown and through the API
  • in features like random lists, where people can stumble onto it
  • to search engines, but only for claimed lists and profiles. We ask search engines not to index unclaimed lists. Search engines decide for themselves what they show, so we can’t fully guarantee it.

Unclaimed doesn’t mean private. Anyone with the link, including AI assistants, can open and read any list. Claiming a list means you agree to it being shown to search engines.

You can delete a list at any time, and we’ll stop showing it. You’re responsible for what you publish, and you confirm you have the right to publish it.

6. Secret edit links and accounts

  • Your secret edit link is your key. Anyone who has it can edit, delete or claim your list. We can’t recover or reissue it, and we’re not responsible for what happens if it gets lost or shared.
  • Keep your email account safe. We sign you in by email, so anyone who can read your email can get into your onelink.ninja account.
  • One person, one account. Don’t sign up on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
  • You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account.

7. API, bots and AI assistants

The API and AI-assistant access are there to be used, so go ahead. Just play fair:

  • Stay within the rate limits, and don’t try to get around them.
  • Don’t use automation to mass-create lists, scrape everything, or put load on the service.
  • If an AI assistant or script creates a list for you, it counts as you. These terms apply as if you’d made the list yourself.

We may block addresses, clients or patterns of use that harm the service.

8. Links to other sites

Lists point to websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for what’s on them, whether they work, or what happens when you visit them. Click with the same care you would anywhere else.

9. Reporting a list

Found a list that breaks these rules or the law? Email us at onelinkninja@nerdwerk.com with the link and a short explanation of what’s wrong. We review every report and act as quickly as we can. If we remove your content, you can contact us at the same address to ask why or to disagree.

10. Liability

onelink.ninja is provided “as is” and free of charge. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost data, downtime, or anything that happens because of content posted by users or found on linked sites.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health. Your mandatory rights as a consumer stay fully intact.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as onelink.ninja grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If we make important changes, we’ll say so on the site. If you keep using the service after a change, you’re agreeing to the new terms.

12. The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without taking away any protections you have under the law of the country you live in. If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.

Questions? Email onelinkninja@nerdwerk.com. We’re friendly.
